MUTSUMI Honten Opens
Opened as a small 21-seat counter restaurant in Sakae, Nagoya. Our challenge to become the world's best TEBASAKI restaurant began.

Supported by our customers' kind words, we achieved the #1 Google Reviews rating in the Nagoya area—maintained for 3 consecutive years.
Sumiyoshi Location Opens
Driven by word-of-mouth popularity, we opened our 2nd location in Nagoya. Delivering the Mutsumi taste with the same counter-style warmth.
Franchise Partner Recruitment Begins
To bring Mutsumi's taste and spirit nationwide, we officially started recruiting franchise partners.
Ebisu Location Opens — Tokyo Debut
Our first franchise location opened in Ebisu, Tokyo. Nagoya's taste is now available in the capital, marking a major step toward nationwide expansion.
Shinsakae Location Opens
