TEBASAKI MUTSUMI Ichinomiya Opens July 22, by the Ichinomiya Tanabata Festival
TEBASAKI MUTSUMI, a specialty chicken-wing restaurant serving one of Nagoya's signature dishes, will open its "Ichinomiya" store on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, close to Masumida Shrine in Ichinomiya, Aichi.
Enjoy — from lunch to dinner — our signature "Kuro (Black), Aka (Red), and Shiro (White)" wings, finished with a closely guarded secret sauce. Our main store in Sakae, Nagoya earned the No. 1 Google review ranking in the Nagoya area for three consecutive years (rating 4.7), and now that taste arrives before Masumida Shrine, the chief guardian shrine of the Owari region.
Ichinomiya is also the hometown of Shota Koide, CEO of the company behind TEBASAKI MUTSUMI. Opening at the heart of the festival he grew up with is a personal step of giving back to his hometown.
Ichinomiya Tanabata Festival Tie-in — Fan-shaped Coupons
To coincide with the "Ichinomiya Tanabata Festival" (July 23–26), one of Japan's three great Tanabata festivals starting the day after opening, we will distribute fan-shaped coupons usable at our store around the festival grounds. Please drop by on your way home from the festival.
